Do you sell or rent field machining tools?

Both. You can purchase tools for daily field use or rent them for one-time and short-term projects and turnarounds. Rentals are fair and flexible. If we don’t have the tool or size you need in stock, we source it through our wide network of industry partners.

What sizes of flange facers do you offer?

Our ID and OD mount flange facing machines are available for rent from 2″ to 40″, and through our partner network we can accommodate up to 120″. They produce RTJ grooves, continuous gramophone groove facing to ASME standards, and flat-face machining.

What torque range do your torque wrenches cover?

We offer hydraulic square-drive wrenches up to 50,000 ft-lb, pneumatic torque wrenches from 500 to 8,000 ft-lb, and manual options. Our MSD square-drive series covers roughly 81 to 19,651 ft-lb across 3/4″ to 2-1/2″ drives.

What pipe and clamshell cutting sizes are available?

Our split-frame / clamshell machines come in 19 standard models covering a 2″ to 42″ cutting range, with 6″ to 42″ kept in stock. Through partners we can obtain 2″ to 180″. Pipe beveling tools cover 0.62″ to 14″.

What are weld test / isolation plugs used for?

Also known as Double Block & Bleed or weld test plugs, they let you pressure-test new welds without pressurizing the entire system — minimizing test volume, reducing downtime and improving safety. We offer sizes from 4″ to 16″ (and from 0.5″ via partners).

What materials and pressure classes are available for paddle blinds and blind flanges?

Standard stock is Carbon Steel (ASTM A516 Gr.70) and Stainless Steel (304/316), with custom alloys such as Inconel and Duplex on request. Pressure classes range from 150# to 2500#, in Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ), with Series A (ANSI) and Series B (API) options.

Do you provide calibration, repair and service?

Yes. Our Service, Repair & Calibration (SRC) division offers local calibration, repair and functional testing for equipment used across many industries, helping keep your tools accurate and field-ready.

Which industries do you serve?

Our primary customer base is oil & gas, and we also serve refining and petrochemical, power generation, construction, manufacturing, mining and heavy industrial, shipbuilding and repair, and transportation.
