Flange Facer

MID Industrial Tools Inc. offers both ID mount and OD mount flange facing machines. Our flange facers turn, bevel and face pump flanges, valves and pipe flanges. The superior processing technology delivers accurate machining for RTJ grooves, continuous gramophone groove facing to ASME standards, and flat face machining. The swivel tool post design for groove details reduces the need for separate accessories.

Our inventory of ID and OD mount machines for rent includes 2-inch to 40-inch facing. With our network of industry partners, we can accommodate up to 120 inches.
